"I decided to sell a house I had inherited in Klamath Falls, co-owner with my brother. I met Austin Brown in person during a quick visit to Klamath Falls and my brother was able to "meet" him via teleconference. Austin accurately explained how a sale would work, including a rough timeline. In a couple of days, we had a firm offer. A few more days were needed for Austin's due diligence, and on our side, we did a little checking on our own. We gave the green light, and Austin was ready to move ahead too.
