High Peak investments was founded in 2016 by two Real Estate investors in Bend Oregon who wanted to combine their know-how and drive for delivering excellent service to the homeowners and other Real Estate professionals they worked with. High Peak's aim is to elevate the game in Real Estate investing, bringing transparency, professionalism and a spirit of service to all we work with.

THE HIGH PEAK TEAM
Jake Barr is our Sales Manager for Oregon and Washington. Jake has an impressive track record in sales and small business development ranging from real estate to technology, to fitness. Jake lives in Bend with his young daughter.
Mari Gabia is our Leads Manager in Oregon and Washington. Mari has extensive experience in the real estate
investment industry. Outside of her career, she enjoys cooking, singing, and songwriting, and has been a dedicated member of the BTS Army since 2017. She also has a small farm where she takes care of a few farm animals and a small garden next to it. When she is not at work, she spends her time at home with her child, where they play board games
and taking him on nature picnics when the weather is perfect.
Tony Bondio is our Dispositions Manager for Oregon and Washington. Tony is a proud father of two with values of dedication and resilience, which are reflected in his client interactions. Tony has 15 years of sales experience
in the building materials, finance, and insurance industries. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid MMA fan,
and passionate about staying active with exercise and embracing the outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and traveling. Tony has also served our country with his time in the military as well as volunteering for a disaster response organization.
Kirsten McCullough is our Administrator / Transaction Coordinator. She lives in the small town of Nipomo on the
Central Coast of California with her husband and their two children. Kirsten has been active in the real estate world as a Transaction Coordinator since 2015. She stays busy as a board member for the local youth softball league.
She also loves Football, classic VW’s, reading a good book,
camping, doing yardwork, shooting hoops with her family, and walking their dog Phoebe.
High Peak Investments was founded by Kyle Bigger and Mike Gruol in 2016.
Mike Gruol has been in Real Estate investing since 2013. Mike started out in the rental space, then moved full-time into transactional investing - buying, selling, and flipping homes. Until recently, Mike was based in Bend with his wife Jamie and their 2 kids, but has relocated to New England to be closer to family. Mike loves getting out in the woods with his family, fly fishing, archery, playing with his German Shepherds, and just about any type of riding bikes and motorcycles.
Kyle Bigger has been an active full-time Real Estate investor since 2011. Kyle has experience with rental properties, flips, and buying & selling houses. Kyle loves the outdoors and spending time with his beagle. Kyle began in Central Oregon and has since relocated to Colorado.
